How to use ucard to pay utility bills?
Because the Ucard is not a Master Card, Visa or Discover, we cannot accept the card as a form of payment. To use your Ucard money to pay your utility bill, you must do so through the Ucard hub on your plan's website or call 1-833-853-8587.
- Visit a provider like your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or dentist.
- Fill a prescription.
- Check in at the gym.
- Buy healthy food and over-the-counter products.
- Pay utility bills.
- Spend your earned rewards.
OTC withdrawals are available up to the daily withdrawal authorization limits, provided the Available Balance in your account is greater than or equal to the cash withdrawal amount requested.
To pay using your OTC card on Walmart.com or through the Walmart app, you will need to create a Walmart account first. Once you've done this, you can add your OTC card to your digital wallet. Then, once you arrive at the checkout process, simply select your OTC card as your preferred payment method.

UnitedHealthcare welcomed Dollar General to the over-the-counter benefit network, helping to give members a convenient and budget-friendly shopping option.
As long as you are an active member, your OTC Card will automatically reload on the first day of every quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). You have the full 3 months to use your benefit amount. Be aware that any balance remaining at the end of a quarter does not roll over to the next quarter.

If you have the Expanded OTC Benefit, you can shop for approved groceries, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy and juices.

Can I buy dog food with my OTC card?
Unfortunately, no. There are clear rules about what you cannot buy with a SNAP card, and this includes pet food. Other items that SNAP does not cover include alcohol and tobacco products; vitamins and supplements; and other nonfood items.
Be sure to use your benefit! What is covered with your OTC Benefit? Eligible items include OTC remedies or medicines to alleviate or treat illness or injury, dental care items, eye and ear care items, and incontinence supplies (adult diapers). These items do not require a prescription from a healthcare provider.
